Thursday, June 4, 2015 - Light gold in color with some green at the edges, this wine showed flint, lemon, lime and green apple on the nose. The mouth feel was dry with crisp acidity, minerality and a spicy note. The finish was persistent with the citrus and mineral notes pairing well.
Tasted at Talula's Garden in Philly as part of an 8 course menu with wine pairings, it was an excellent pairing with our Second Course of Golden and Ruby Beet Tart, Flaky Pastry, Whipped Local Goat Cheese, Herbs, Frilly Greens, Pickled Rhubarb, and Toasted Almond.
