Saturday, March 12, 2011 - Delicious Pinot Noir. Big, full, rich, silky but still well structured. The nose was almost overwhelming with berry flavors, vanilla, cherry cola cream, cedar and fresh herbs. The nose and palate were a little hot. Not surprised to see 15.2 abv. Even at that level the wine was still well balanced. Outstanding experience!
