Sunday, July 10, 2011 - Drank slowly over a Sunday afternoon. Can't think of this wine as a Cabernet. The blend takes precedence, affecting my expectations for this wine. Lighter and less fruity, with lots of plums. Acidic aftertaste. Not a lot of depth. Floral nose was more pronounced over time.
