Saturday, December 10, 2016 - Dark garnet core with some autumn leaves, brick at the edge, opaque. The smells are meat, soy, dark cherry, currants, cedar, and smoke. Tastes are cherry, currants, soy, bacon, black olive, and earthy notes. Delicious with a lengthy finish and solid texture. I would not think of this as New World if tasted blind. Very complex.
