Sunday, November 18, 2018 - This is an absolutely stunning wine! Notes of forest floor, Asian spice, plum and scents of a wine cave. Finish is insanely long. This wine clearly has plenty of time to go if you want to leave it in the cellar but it’s lovely now. Decant for a few hours would be my recommendation. Lots of tannin but super balanced and elegant...they do not overpower. I’ve got more bottles of this beauty and I’m sure glad I do.
