Friday, April 3, 2020 - Birthday dinner with t-bone steak, roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts, this did not disappoint. Decanted an hour. Tobacco and dried leather aromas. Full bodied and smooth with no hard edges. Dark fruits, dark chocolate, licorice with some lingering black pepper on the finish. Plus tannins still especially towards the end of the bottle thinking this will still get better.
