Saturday, September 20, 2014 - This bottle reminds me of the Sancerre which I used to quaff joyfully with seafood in Paris brasseries a generation ago before the appellation acquired the pretension, occasionally justified, of making great wine. It was bracing but not quite bone dry and full of juicy citrus tinged fruit and flinty minerals with a firm saline spine. Good wine and good QPR at €9 for the appellation.
