Community Tasting Note

Tuesday, July 21, 2015 - Color: dark purple with a ruby note. Nose: cassis, minerals. Taste: good cassis, good minerals. OK acidity. The tannins were still dominant. At the fourth day markedly less tannic, with a nice herbal, brett-like note. With 13,5% the alcohol was a bit burning. In the quite fresh style that I know from this chateau. Although lacking some more concentration, it was already quite enjoyable, but this wine will probably be better with keeping. Potentially 86+.
