Thursday, March 19, 2015 - After tasting Nipozzano last year now have got a classic Tuscan wine Chianti DOCG; 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot; matured 6 months in stainless steel casks. Tasting: mediu ruby red with little violet; little fruit in the nose; delicate cherry taste and some flowers - as some other Chianti not so intense but ideal with food, balanced and smooth; medium bodied; good Tuscan Chianti, classic label
