Saturday, March 5, 2016 - La Paulée 2016 Grand Tasting-Overview of the 2013 Vintage (The Fairmont, San Francisco): Light yellow. Piquant orange aromatics. Medium weight, some real glycerine. Beautiful, pure fruit, excellent length. The only minor downside is that it seems a bit fat in the company of other 2013 whites, but that may partly be the richness of Folatières as well. Very enjoyable and should be approachable early (for example, now!).
