Sunday, August 28, 2022 - Mea culpa. Not sure if I just misjudged the last bottle or there is bottle variation, but this, my second and last btl of the 01 Vina Aliaga, is spectacular. Gorgeous black cherry, porcini mushrooms, prunes, and tar. Incredible texture with a Musigny-like silkiness. This is really spot on and speaks to incredible care and meticulous winemaking. Very very nice!
