Thursday, August 24, 2023 - Spectacular cab in early to mid stages of maturity. Tannins are soft and palatable but there is a strong dark fruit backbone that is still intact. Long exquisite finish. Decanted for about 30 minutes and consumed over 2-3 hours. Tremendous. Drink now with short decant or hold. Suspect this probably has another 5-10 years of longevity.
