Plenty of bubbles, but they’re a bit too big for my liking. Inviting yeasty nose. Surprisingly, not near as yeasty on the palate. Zesty flavors of apple and citrus, but not without a bit of bitterness. Mistakable for a New World sparking wine. Quite good QPR. Overall, Francois Montand proves to be a solid everyday budget bubbly from France.
