Monday, January 4, 2016 - 2016 New Year Holiday in Central Otago; 12/30/2015-1/6/2016 (Central Otago): very typical Central Otago Pinot Noir, combination of dark and red berries flavours. liquorice, sweet herbal, balanced acidity, some earthy and stalk notes. medium bodied, m+ density, solid strength and structure, a little rough texture.

Alc. 14%, TA 5 g/L, pH 3.5, RS <1g/L. Silver medals in IWC, IWSC and DAWA.
