Sunday, April 4, 2004 - Med clear ruby, aromas of smoke, ripe currant, raisin, funky vegetal aromas, penetrating cedar & currant, fig, vanillan oak, b2, a3+, t2+, starts light & soft w/very fine gritty tannins creeping up on finish along w/explosive acidity out fo nowhere, d5, flabby, simple, lots of vanillan oak, still passable (3-4)
