Monday, August 30, 2021 - Nose: licorice, meat, barnyard. Palate: perfect balance, smooth, no tannins, medium body, Off putting green leaf taste, broccoli and edamame. Not my favorite. Didn’t get any fruit flavor.

8/31/2021 10:13:00 AM - Cayuse are high quality wines consistently scoring 93-96 points. Green vegetables is not normal. They do have a rocky, metallic funk to them but they are veryNorthern Rhone like with roasted meat, olives, pepper, bacon fat etc. try another a d I’m sure it will be great
