Friday, May 1, 2015 - Pale amber with tobacco flashes, a bit of haze. Nice nose of earth, wax, citrus. Lemony acidity grabs the palate, along with touches of mushroom. It's tart, quite tart, but flavorful. Not light-bodied, toward medium, with pineapple notes. Tart lemon-peel finish. Interesting.
