Sunday, April 9, 2017 - Modern style -- too much so for me. Lots of oak and vanilla on the nose, not much acidity or tannin. In fact, not much there that says Chianti or Sangiovese at all. Disappointing, as I've really liked their basic Chianti in the past and was expecting something similar.
