Friday, April 22, 2016 - The pear was really prounounced on this bottle with an almost cordial-like concentration followed by heaps of elderflower and lime. There is a real earthiness to this Riesling that takes you from great heights of fruit to something deep and profound. Unfortunately the acidity has become a bit reticent to balance this earthiness, which for me is a shame as it would add an extra dimension of freshness.
