Monday, October 15, 2012 - WSET Level 2 Class 1 (BCIT Downtown Campus, Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind. Clear, pale lemon green, very frothy bubbles that gathered around the rim of the glass. Clean, pronouced aromas of white flowers, tropical fruit, grape, melon. Palate is sweet, light body, with medium- acid and frothy, creamy texture. Flavours of white table grapes, melon and cotton candy, with a medium- finish. Decent quality, but lacking sufficient acid to balance the sweetness.
