Sunday, June 28, 2015 - Same comments as our June 18th note: Wow, what a wonderful wine to start the evening. Yellowish gold to the eye. We sipped in big bowl Burgundy glasses that helped to bring out the aromas pears, citrus and slightly smoky. Fine bubbles. Strong mineral freshness that becomes elegant and then slightly tarty...we always liked tarts ;-) Smooth finish. Dry as a desert! Pleased to have quite a few bottles to sip over the coming decades!
