Sunday, October 12, 2014 - (Tasting at the Sanguis Fall Pickup Party) The opening act to an incredible tasting. The color of pale wheat with structured legs. Beautiful aromatics. Great texture and very layered. Hints of creme brûlée and butterscotch with lemon zest and other citrus. Delicious. Drink 2015-2018.
