Thursday, July 13, 2023 - Slow O'd for 90 minutes, paired with baked Sockeye Salmon. last of four, and I am sorry to see them go: these, to my palate (and others) have been mostly stellar bottles of Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, and this was no exception. Could last a couple-three more years, but why wait?
