Wednesday, June 13, 2018 - Outstanding wine - especially for the price. Cracked open the 2011 vintage in June 2018 with an aged ribeye and bone in filet. Nothing but bold, earthy, full bodied, juicy Cabernet. Plenty of earthy, leathery complexity with mushroom and forest floor to add to the classic dark berry CA cab flavor. Incredible value for the price here. Definitely ready to drink now... Tannins have rounded off but still some grip to give it another few years in bottle if you so choose
