Saturday, November 21, 2015 - Drank in the back part of a tasting menu with some cheese. Gave it a 2+ hour decant. cork crumbled when opening, and wine had a much more tawny appearance and flavors lacking a lot of the tannin from its younger days. Paired well with the food, and offered a great treat from an earlier time.
