Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Drank with steak. Decanted for 90 minutes. Had so use strainer. Excellent wine but definitely showing its age. Still plenty of grape but becoming very subdue. Perhaps would decant a little longer.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is heavy sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry.
