Carmenere is very difficult to ripen. 2010 is their first vintage re-introducing Carmenere to the blend.
Some stable bedding aromas to the blend. not cedar, yet mulchy. red fruit and mineral to the nose.
Damase, named after Damase Milhade, Cecilia's grandfather.
