Sunday, October 4, 2015 - I let this breathe for about an hour and it really started to shine. The nose opened up with red fruit and the fruit and spices improved on the palate as it warmed. It has some mild oak and a good dose of acidity. The finish was smooth and balanced. No hurry to drink now but if you do, give it some time.
