Sunday, November 10, 2019 - Kristin and Colin's 30th (Chicago, IL): Sometimes I wish premox never happened and we could still have these old-style, thickly textured, unctuous white Burgundies, that you read about all the time in the old books when they talk about the fatness of sites like Corton-Charlemagne. This is exactly that; golden fruit and some tart acids but this overwhelming richness that just fills the palate. Almost a little oily but not unpleasantly so.
