Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Garagiste selection. 11.5% ABV

Color: medium yellow; some initial cloudiness a result of some spritz
Nose: medium intensity. Floral; ripe summer fruit; and honey
Body/flavor: medium body, somewhat viscous. Complex dried fruit and honey. Still has good acid structure
Aftertaste: lingering
Really enjoyed this bottle!
