Thursday, June 1, 2023 - A slightly golden hue but zero signs of pre mox here. The nose was quite subdued upon opening but this just got better and better with air and also as it got to room temperature. With time, lots of lovely almonds and honey. A big palate and fills the mouth. A great amount of acidity for a 2013. If I was to open another bottle tomorrow I would let it air. I was pleased with this one.
