Thursday, August 17, 2023 - Had a weired nose at the beginning which cleared
after 1+ hr. Became more complex and developed some brioche and toasted aromas later. However underperforming for a P2. Maybe in a kind of dorm state - bubbles and acidity still youtfull though!
