Tuesday, September 8, 2015 - Much riper than the other Chardonnays from Kumeu - this has that tropical fruit and buttery element to it that seems to dominate the structure a bit too much for my liking. Very well made wine, but I struggled a touch after 2 glasses (although like a trooper I soldiered on and finished the bottle!)
More inclined towards the Coddington or the Estate versions which seem slightly less full-throttle.
