Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Revisited almost three years on.
Still deep ruby but morphing into garnet.
Blackcurrant, liquorice, spice nose.
Little bit of tertiary (cedar) creeping in on the palate, but still plenty of black fruits.
Drinking very well and I still believe that this will be fine for another 10 years.
