Thursday, October 20, 2016 - 54F PnP. Nose with stone and apricot, very fresh but warming. Clean palate with good acid, light to medium weight and good progression to lingering clean finish. Some lemon and stone fruit, granny smith apple, some spice and other notes. Really nice sub 20 chablis. Drinking well but no hurry.
