Saturday, January 28, 2017 - del Diablo cab on the lighter side, yet still delicious at its price. Ruby red, blackcurrant followed by dark chocolate (& tobacco after letting it breath for over half an hour). Fruity & warming on the palate with quite an apparent spicy note & tannin dryness that lingers.
