Saturday, February 24, 2007 - Still needing lotsof time to breath to bring out the best. After a couple of hours open the nose is still a little tight to fill out a bordeaux glass, but the flavors are singing, starting with cranberry and orange zest, into pomagranite, cherry and stones. The finish introduces some spiced cider and many other mmixed flavors.
