Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Very special 53 year-old port. Definitely old and evolved: now a tawny rose colour and all the tannins have dropped out. Syrupy with rose petal, raspberry, redcurrant, and orange fruit. It lasted until day 2, when it became nutty.
