Tuesday, June 5, 2018 - 2016 Vintage Port - the Symington Family Estates (Restaurant Entrepot Amsterdam): From a Tappit Hen (2,1 L), showing a very light colour with a brownish glow. In the taste I found raisins, soft spices and minerals. The alcohol is mostly packed in the body of the wine; a refined and good balance.
This is not a blockbuster, but the elegance compensates a lot.
