Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Decanted for 4 hours and 20 minutes. Still pretty dark in color for the age but bricking is present. Aromas of melted chocolate, raisins, prune, brown sugar and fruitcake. Flavors of melted chocolate, chocolate covered cherry, raisin, date, brown sugar and hint of iron. Ends with a 40-45 second finish with date and chocolate notes. At the 2 hour mark it was still very tight but totally open for business at the 4 hour mark.
