Sunday, November 1, 2009 - Better than the Mayacamas at this point. Though there was a lot of alcohol on the nose it didn't translate onto the palate. After a few hours of being opened, a bit of vanilla and sweet berries appeared. Texture of the wine was consistent throughout, very little tannins. Cedar box, cassis liqour, plum and dried currant come to play with a spicy finish.
