Thursday, January 18, 2007 - Very tight upon opening. I know, infanticide and all that, but it was quite good. Once the wine decanted for a while, there was a nose of flint, sea, cranberries, black tea, raspberries. The mouth was nice and silky without being too heavy. There was a nice balance and a nice femininity throughout. The color was dark ruby, and the finish was long with flint, and tea along with cherry.
