Saturday, December 29, 2007 - Aging very well. Wine gets better as it sits in the glass. Aroma and taste are both full of cherry and other candied fruit flavors. Only a hint of earth flavor. Finish is smooth, but not particularly long. Should age well for another 3-5 years.
