Initially stand-offish but after a couple of hours this turns unctuous and earthy. The acids perhaps a tad pronounced which means a great food wine. But the layers are wonderful and the dynamics in the glass over time makes for a wonderful evening. Light but an unusually smooth texture & tart finish. SRH rocks!
