Wednesday, August 30, 2006 - Served with pan roasted trout. An interesting nose of peach and honeysuckle. Grassy elements dominated the longer the bottle was open, with hints of grapefruit and lemon peel. Bracing acidity, this really made your mouth pucker. Based on the acidity, I think this could use a year or two. 86-88 points.
