Thursday, May 5, 2011 - Smoke and freshly tilled earth. Fascinating but young nose. The palate is wound up in mineral and tannin, grippy, young, rather locked up tonight, some nice blackberry. I will follow this for a day or two to see it unwind. Still a baby.
