Thursday, March 5, 2015 - This wine really needs to be decanted for about an hour. Before that, I was getting a distinctive leathery spice taste that was not that great and it cast a shadow over everything else. After that, I got a dark berry on the nose, with dark berries and tobacco on the palette. And, a long finish with spice, tobacco and leather. Hard to rate this one!
