Friday, May 10, 2019 - A nice wine 10 years old took a long time to open up for a Hunter Shiraz but when it did it continued to improve. Dry spice of white pepper and tobacco lacked a little fruit at the end of the palate tannin was slight but was silky. A typical Hunter Shiraz but at its peak but a good wine for the vintage
