Friday, July 31, 2015 - Much like our last TN a few weeks ago (Papies 93) this is a wine that requires attention and to be treated like a red wine. Needs a good hour of decanting better two but post that it is a really unique example of 100yr old vines allowed to express the unique side of Santorini. 93 and worth the hype.
