Sunday, July 30, 2023 - Drinking our second to last bottle as I write. The wine has been cellared for about 17 years at 60-62 degrees F, and the fruit is still great, tannins soft and spice just enough. We are incredibly happy that Tapestry Shiraz has lasted this long and we look forward drinking our last of the case
